The following terms and conditions apply to all Book Writing, Publishing, and Marketing projects undertaken by www.bookwritingagency.us.

Copyrights

You retain full copyright ownership of the content we develop for you under our agreed terms. We do not claim any rights to the final content, giving you the freedom to use it as you see fit.

Payment

We require full payment upfront for all services. This payment includes all applicable taxes, which must be covered by the client.

Revision

We offer unlimited revisions within 7 days of the final project delivery to ensure your satisfaction. In special cases, this revision period can be extended to 14 days.

Project Requirements

Our team at Book Writing Agency will discuss all project requirements with you before starting work. Any discrepancies or disagreements regarding services will be addressed based on the initially agreed terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

• A full refund can be claimed before manuscript submission, minus transactional charges of $150 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is lower.
• No refunds will be issued after 90 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Refunds are not automatically issued once an order is confirmed by payment, and refunds are not provided for changes of mind.

Refunds are processed as follows:

• Before design work begins, but after manuscript submission: 75% of the purchase price.
• OAfter design work begins, but before final approval: 50% of the purchase price.
• After final approval of the work: No refund.
• If you are dissatisfied with our services, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of order completion. We will provide a percentage-based refund after multiple revisions if necessary. If no refund request is submitted within the required timeframe, satisfaction will be assumed from both parties.

Terms of Use

The information on www.bookwritingagency.us pertains to the services provided by our company. We do not offer additional advice, certifications, warranties, or guarantees.

Our company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from unintentional errors on this website. We are also not responsible for any performance failures, delays in operations, omissions, interruptions, communication deficiencies, theft, destruction, unauthorized use, or access to information on the website.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree to defend and hold the company and its subsidiaries harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your violation of any third-party right, including but not limited to any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right.
